Please select an appointment date that is at least 14 days away. This allows time for you to complete your laboratory testing and for Jina to receive and review your results before your consultation.

Laboratory results can take approximately 14 days to process, so it is important to complete your labs on the first available day after booking.

What to Expect

1. After selecting your appointment you’ll complete the Pre Screening Form
Before viewing available appointments, you’ll be asked to complete a brief new-patient intake form through CharmHealth. This helps us understand your primary concerns and ensures you select the most appropriate consultation.

2. Schedule Your Consultation
After completing the form, choose an appointment date that is at least 14 days away.

3. Complete Your Labs Promptly
After booking, you will receive your laboratory instructions. Please complete your labs on the first available day so there is enough time for your results to be processed.

4. Allow Approximately 14 Days for Results
Your laboratory results must be received before your appointment so Jina has time to review them and prepare for your consultation.

5. Meet With Jina
During your appointment, Jina will review your health history, symptoms, goals, and laboratory results and provide personalized recommendations for your care.
